Our Services

Acupuncture Your first visit begins with a comprehensive intake — a thoughtful conversation about your health history, current concerns, and overall well-being. Needles are then placed based on your specific needs, targeting both your symptoms and the underlying patterns behind them. Cupping or gua sha may be incorporated to further support circulation and release tension.

Facial Acupuncture Each session begins with a gentle cleanser and hydrating mist to prepare the skin. Fine needles are placed at targeted facial points to lift and tone muscles while releasing deeper tension beneath the surface. A red light mask is then applied to stimulate collagen, calm inflammation, and support cellular renewal — finishing with lymphatic facial work to reduce puffiness and boost circulation.
